Overview

In this role, you lead AI-driven transformation for Wealth & Asset Management clients, shaping strategic adoption of AI tools to unlock business value. You collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, operations, risk, and technology to deliver practical, compliant AI solutions. You will guide governance, change, and capability development while maintaining a human-led, risk-aware approach. This is a high-impact leadership role at Capco, focused on tangible outcomes for senior stakeholders in a regulated financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformation programmes across Wealth & Asset Management organisations, identifying opportunities to boost advisor productivity, client experience, operational efficiency, and investment processes using approved AI and automation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI adoption strategies and translating business challenges into scalable AI use cases and roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery activities across complex programmes, manage multidisciplinary teams, and support governance, stakeholder management, delivery planning, and change execution.
• Collaborate with technology, product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to develop, test, govern, and deploy AI-enabled solutions with controls and human oversight.
• Contribute to Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management AI proposition through thought leadership, client development, mentoring, and capability building

Key requirements

• Significant consulting, transformation, or AI-enabled change experience in Wealth & Asset Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Platform environments.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including GPT, Copilot, generative AI, NLP, foundation models, and enterprise AI adoption in regulated financial services.
• Proven track record leading complex programmes with governance, stakeholder management, and organisational change delivery.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and translate technology into commercial business outcomes.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset balancing innovation, governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.
