Responsibilities
- Develop and refine cyber strategy across diverse environments to manage cyber risk
- Lead cyber transformation and maturity initiatives in large organisations
- Oversee security architecture alignment with regulatory and standards requirements
- Support regulatory compliance efforts across frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, GDPR, and NIS2
- Conduct cyber security reviews, threat and vulnerability management activities
- Produce clear status updates, customer reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and strategic outcomes
Key requirements
- Strong experience in cyber strategy, risk, maturity, and governance
- Knowledge of standards and regulations (NIST CSF, CRI2.0, ISO27001, NCSC CAF, GDPR, NIS2)
- Experience across varied organisational contexts to shape cyber strategy and risk
- Certifications (M.Inst.ISP, CISSP, CISM, CISA) or MSc in cyber security or related field
- Practical experience in cyber architecture, GRC, threat management, vulnerability management, security reviews
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
