Responsibilities
- Lead client projects in structural biology and ensure high-quality scientific output
- Provide expert input on X-ray Crystallography, Cryo-EM, and related techniques to support projects
- Mentor and develop junior scientists and colleagues
- Support introduction of new technologies and innovations to enhance capabilities
- Foster scientific excellence and collaborative work across multidisciplinary teams
Key requirements
- Degree or higher in Structural Biology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology
- Hands-on experience with X-ray Crystallography, Cryo-EM, and related structural biology techniques
- Experience leading scientific projects within CRO, biotech, pharma, or academic environments with external stakeholders
- Strong data interpretation skills and ability to present findings clearly
