Client Director

Overview

As Client Director you will nurture and expand key client relationships within a high-performing insurance broking team. You will own the client lifecycle from relationship development to renewal outcomes, leveraging strong support from in-house risk and placement experts. Your success hinges on deep knowledge of general insurance, proactive service, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted face-to-face relationships with clients and understand their business needs
• Lead and manage the renewal process to secure favorable outcomes
• Maintain and grow the book of business by identifying new opportunities
• Support clients through business issues including claims

Key requirements

• Proven track record as Commercial Insurance Account Executive or Account Director
• Experience managing and developing significant client relationships
• Strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes
• Passion for delivering outstanding client service and relationship building
