Supervisor – London (Bluewater)

Overview

In this Supervisor role, you inspire and guide the sales team to meet KPI targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will support the store leadership with short- and long-term plans, coach and develop staff, and promote a customer-centric mindset to build loyalty. You ensure policy compliance and effective use of available tools, and you share market insights with the Area Manager and retail team. This position offers exposure to a premium brand environment and a dynamic, international store culture. You will help shape the in-store experience from the runway to customers and drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate sales floor team to achieve individual and location KPIs
• Support management with action plans to hit short- and long-term targets
