Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Ireland payroll, you own the strategy, roadmap, and execution to scale payroll in Ireland. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and GTM teams to expand capabilities, solve customer problems, and ensure regulatory alignment. In a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment, you will balance vision with pragmatic delivery and drive measurable impact. Responsibilities

  • Formulate and communicate a clear Ireland payroll vision and strategy
  • Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from problem definition to launch and measurement
  • Define features, automation, and compliance logic for Ireland payroll expansion
  • Understand employment law, deductions, and tax logic to anticipate edge cases
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to balance customization, compliance, and speed
  • Align cross-functional requirements and surface upstream/downstream impacts
  • Synthesize customer escalations to identify automation or configuration needs
  • Navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and course-correct quickly
  • Partner with GTM and customer success to ensure product-market fit

Key requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in product management in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
  • Proven payroll experience with payroll engines, implementations, or product decisions
  • Strong systems and process thinking
  • Independent, autonomous leadership with ability to own strategy and execution
  • Technical credibility and ability to collaborate with engineers; coding not required
  • Comfort with velocity and ambiguity and ability to trade-off with conviction
