Overview

In this role you will lead health and safety on live sites while shaping the safety culture across CAT A/B fit-out projects. You will balance site presence with strategic oversight, ensuring ISO compliance and robust auditing. You’ll mentor project teams, drive safety improvements, and deliver training to raise standards. Responsibilities

• Provide visible health & safety leadership across live sites
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead on ISO standards compliance and internal/external auditing
• Support project teams with H&S guidance and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in safety systems and procedures
• Deliver training and toolbox talks where required

Key requirements

• Proven experience in health & safety within fit-out or construction environments
• Strong working knowledge of CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects (desirable)
• Comfortable splitting time between site and office
• Relevant qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
