Overview
As Group Reporting Manager, you will lead statutory and consolidated reporting for a global media group. You’ll own the balance sheet processes, coordinate UK and Ireland agency accounts, and manage the external audit to ensure timely group and statutory filings. You will work within a collaborative, hybrid London-based finance team and help shape SME-style financial operations. This role offers leadership of a junior team and a hands-on finance function in a creative, international business.

Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts for UK and Ireland agencies and consolidate group accounts
- Own the balance sheet process and ensure accuracy across entities
- Manage external audit and coordinate UK group audit timelines
- Prepare technical memos and ensure timely statutory/Group filings
- Assist with filing of individual statutory accounts under FRS101 for 20+ agencies
- Support SME finance operations and contribute to running of a hands-on finance function
Key requirements
- Qualified ACA/ACCA
- Experience in preparing group statutory accounts
- UK GAAP / IFRS knowledge
- Experience in practice-to-industry transition
- International entity experience
- Big 4/Top 10 background preferred
