Customer Logistics Coordinator, UK & Export

Overview

In this role you will manage UK domestic and export customer orders from receipt to delivery and billing, ensuring On-Time, In-Full service levels. You will coordinate EDI processes and maintain the EDI database to support accurate data and smooth order flow. Working with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, customers, and 3PLs, you will build strong relationships and resolve issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will contribute to logistics process improvements, cost control, and service performance across peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery and billing, in collaboration with 3PLs and customers to meet OTIF targets

Key requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in order management with logistics/export operations
• Experience building relationships with internal and external customers in FMCG/export/distribution/retail
• Degree in a relevant discipline and fluent English
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Microsoft Office skills with intermediate Excel (formulas, PivotTables, charts, conditional formatting) and good Outlook/Word/PowerPoint skills
• Collaborative team player in a matrix organisation; proactive, detail-oriented, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
