Overview
In this project leadership role, you’ll guide risk and compliance transformations for financial institutions and allied sectors from a London hub. You’ll shape case execution, nurture senior client relationships, and help expand BCG’s footprint across UK markets. You’ll contribute to thought leadership and collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex risk challenges. You’ll mentor teams while delivering strategic impact through regulatory and risk transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead case execution for UK, Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium clients
- Shape and expand the Risk & Compliance footprint in the region
- Originate and nurture senior client relationships in financial institutions
- Advise on risk strategy, regulatory transformation, and non-financial risks
- Contribute to global/regional content development and IP creation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
- Mentor and develop consultants and associates
Key requirements
- 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in risk and compliance
- Extensive expertise in financial services (banking, asset management, insurance)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Proficiency in applying AI tools to project delivery
- Active contributor to industry through thought leadership, publications, or forums
- Excellent academic record; fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
- Flexible, curious, creative mindset; able to challenge status quo and propose innovative ideas
