As Senior AI Product Manager, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Intercom’s AI platform and AI agent Fin. You’ll work at the intersection of advanced AI research and product development to deliver high-impact AI experiences. You collaborate with a world-class AI team to turn complex capabilities into delightful user experiences and drive meaningful customer impact. Responsibilities

• Own a major area of Intercom’s AI platform or AI agent, defining vision, strategy, and impact.
• Deeply understand customers, business needs, and technology to shape the roadmap.
• Collaborate daily with ML scientists, engineers, and designers to evaluate feasibility and trade-offs.
• Ship AI concepts from exploration to production, running experiments and iterating based on metrics.
• Collaborate across the company to integrate AI and drive adoption and customer impact.
• Lead with clarity and ownership, aligning teams and pushing for impactful outcomes.

Key requirements

• Strong AI and technical fluency with experience in AI/ML products, ideally including generative AI
• Autonomy in complex technical spaces and the ability to discuss models, prompts, architectures, and trade-offs with technical partners
• Excellent product judgment to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical realities
• Sharp problem framing and customer insight from research, data, and direct conversations
• Ability to build world-class products with engineering and design, including testing and iteration for AI systems
• Strong communication and leadership to influence, align, and drive momentum
