Overview

In this role you will provide expert mortgage and protection advice to qualified clients from enquiry through completion, supported by a growing property services group. You will convert warm leads into secured business while ensuring compliant, customer-focused outcomes. You work closely with estate and property teams to maximise opportunities and build lasting relationships for repeat referrals. Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice from enquiry to completion
• Convert qualified enquiries into completed business while ensuring positive customer outcomes
• Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with estate agency and property teams to maximise opportunities
• Ensure FCA compliance throughout the advice process

Key requirements

• Experience in a Mortgage role (e.g., Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, Protection Advisor)
• CeMAP qualification
• Solid knowledge of FCA compliance requirements
• Strong lead conversion ability and client relationship skills
