Responsibilities
- handle tribunal appeals, judicial reviews, exclusions, admissions and discrimination matters
- advise and represent vulnerable clients to secure access to education
- supervise junior colleagues and contribute to team development
- contribute to thought leadership and the growth of the education law team
- engage in community-facing initiatives and maintain the firm’s inclusion and wellbeing values
Key requirements
- 2+ PQE
- strong education law and SEND Tribunal experience
- ability to work with vulnerable clients and manage complex caseloads
