Overview
In this role you will drive the recruitment strategy for the LSE Summer School and build international partnerships to fuel growth. You will work with cross-functional teams across marketing, admissions and business development to design recruitment plans for international, UK and virtual channels. You’ll monitor performance against KPIs, analyse market data, manage the recruitment budget and coordinate events and ambassador activities. The role combines strategic relationship management with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, commercially driven division. Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment plans for the LSE Summer School
- Lead recruitment activity across international, UK and virtual channels
- Monitor KPIs and use data to guide effort
- Manage recruitment budget and coordinate trips and events
- Oversee student ambassador activity
- Line manage one direct report
- Build and maintain relationships with international partner institutions
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions and business development across the organization

- Experience delivering student recruitment plans that achieve results
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with international partners across cultures
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and present data clearly
- Experience using CRM systems to support recruitment activity
- Budget management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise deadlines
- Experience in Higher Education and interest in international education (desirable)
