Head of Product, Multi-Product Experience

Overview

As Head of Product for Multi-product Experience, you will shape how Funding Circle’s customer journey evolves across our lending and spending platform. You will define vision and strategy to maximise the impact of product line plans and the overall product roadmap. You’ll build cross-product capabilities and journeys that deliver a seamless customer experience and partner with engineering and leadership to maximise impact. You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for evolving customer experience across product lines
• Build capabilities and journeys used by multiple product lines and internal teams
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and foster culture within the Product team
• Partner with Engineering, Product and leadership to maximise impact of the team

Key requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering high-quality consumer-grade multi-product experiences
• Strong experience partnering with Design and Engineering
• Led and developed teams of Product Managers
• Experience with AI-native development (Claude Code, Codex or similar) and applying it to product design/building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse parts of the organization
