In this role you will join a Legal 500 firm’s Property Litigation team in Taunton or Yeovil to handle a broad range of commercial disputes for landowners, developers and landlords. You’ll take on responsibility from day one with direct client contact and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team, supported by experienced colleagues. Responsibilities
- handle a broad range of commercial property disputes and real estate litigation
- advise on leases, forfeiture, rent recovery, dilapidations, and lease renewals
- manage landlord and tenant and boundary/ownership issues
- maintain direct client contact and contribute to business development
- support the growth of the Property Litigation team with senior colleagues
- collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
Key requirements
- 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property litigation
- commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
