Senior Creative Designer – Grenade

Overview

As a member of Grenade’s in‑house creative team, you will shape visual identities that support the brand’s global growth. You will work closely with marketing and design peers to translate strategy into high‑quality visuals across print, digital, packaging, and video. Expect a hands‑on, collaborative environment where ideas are tested and refined to meet brand standards and timelines. Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Lead with strategic creative thinking
• Create styling, assets, and concepts aligned to the creative strategy
• Provide creative support across print, digital, packaging, copywriting, photography, and video
• Produce high‑quality visuals with strong craft and attention to detail
• Present concepts to internal teams and external partners
• Work on global briefs in line with brand plans and in‑market direction
• Serve as a creative voice within and across departments
• Own your workflow and schedule, delivering tasks to deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing for clarity and alignment
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for impactful outcomes
• Apply a problem‑solving mindset to continuously improve the role

Key requirements

• Experience in a professional design environment (in‑house or agency)
• Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and messaging
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in concepting and/or 3D software
• Desirable: Video direction (scripting, storyboarding) and copywriting
• Passion for design, marketing, and creative collaboration
• Ability to meet deadlines with flexibility and a growth mindset
