Overview

As a Junior Business Analyst in Swissport’s Global Dayforce Support team, you will help configure, maintain and improve the Dayforce HR system across regions. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll and IT to gather requirements, analyse processes, and implement solutions that boost efficiency and user experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to global HR technology, cross-functional projects, and a growing IT organisation. This is an opportunity to shape day-to-day HR operations at scale while developing your analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document and analyse Dayforce-related requirements across global regions (HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance)
  • Configure and test Dayforce workflows and forms
  • Identify process improvements with stakeholders and translate them into system requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated by regional teams with guidance from Senior BA
  • Create and maintain documentation (process maps, user guides, test scripts)
  • Support User Acceptance Testing for updates, patches and new features including change control
  • Data validation and quality checks within Dayforce
  • Provide first-line Dayforce support to global contacts via HALO platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams on projects and change initiatives
  • Assist Senior BA in maintaining global standards across Dayforce configurations

Key requirements

  • Degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in global or multi-regional support
  • Some HR systems experience; Dayforce is a plus
  • Good understanding of HR or payroll processes
  • Exposure to system configuration or testing in an HRIS environment
  • Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
