Technical Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery of the platform for customers, guiding onboarding and implementation within a fast-moving, autonomous, data-driven organization. You will work closely with customer success, engineering, data, and design to coordinate delivery, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth path from kickoff to go-live. The role combines client-facing leadership with cross-functional collaboration to drive successful SaaS deployments. This is a chance to shape onboarding experiences and delivery quality in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of the platform for customers
• Keep projects on track by managing timelines, risks, and priorities
• Coordinate technical delivery including customisations or data work
• Track progress and report updates ensuring smooth collaboration across teams
• Serve as primary point of contact during onboarding and go-live

Key requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS
• client-facing experience
