Sr. Technical Product Engineer

Overview

As a Technical Product Engineer, you will work with cutting-edge technology to redefine the future of Identity Security. You will act as customer zero, advocating for customers to drive success and accelerate adoption of machine, workload, and AI identities. You will create technical content for partners, customers and internal teams while shaping architectures and reference implementations. This role blends deep technical execution with enablement, helping scale identity solutions across diverse environments. You join a mission-driven, collaborative team focused on innovative security for machines and AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate enterprise architectures for machine identity, secrets governance, and agentic identity management across diverse environments
• Develop internal and external facing assets (blogs, whitepapers, tech enablement, decks)
• Partner with specialists to support opportunities in secrets modernization and identity governance
• Engage with complex customer environments to embed identity security in modern workloads
• Support revenue growth by influencing deals and accelerating strategic opportunities
• Build reference architectures and impactful demos for adoption and partner integration
• Scale the global solutions team via workshops, enablement programs and reusable frameworks
• Provide feedback to product teams by learning from customers about modern identity challenges
• Establish leadership in machine and AI Identity security through executive briefings and external engagements
• Drive market education on identity-first security for machines and AI agents

Key requirements

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience working closely with customers as a technology expert with advocacy skills
• Ability to adapt to emerging trends in identity security, including machine and agentic identity
• Self-starter with a builder mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in challenging customer situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
