Overview
In this role you will translate strategic people priorities into practical roadmaps that enhance the employee experience. You’ll lead cross-functional projects within the Employee Relations & Policy team, guiding ideas from conception to delivery. You will use feedback, surveys and ER data to shape senior-level recommendations while supporting engagement campaigns, consultations, and policy changes. Digital and AI tools will help you uncover insights and improve delivery. This is an opportunity to influence policy and belonging initiatives at a large, inclusive tech-enabled organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to delivery within the ER & Policy team
- Build plans and manage milestones while coordinating stakeholders
- Turn employee feedback and ER data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders
- Support engagement campaigns, consultations, workplace adjustments and policy changes
- Leverage digital and AI tools to improve delivery and uncover insights
Key requirements
- Experience managing or coordinating projects in HR, Employee Relations or a similar environment
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insight clearly through presentations
- Awareness of employment law and experience supporting change implementation
