Senior Processing Administrator (SP2) – Transfers, Wealth Services

Overview

In this role, you enable robust cash management for Pershing EMEA by funding bank accounts, overseeing client and firm money segregation to satisfy regulatory rules, and reviewing payments. You’ll collaborate with Treasury and other operations to execute cash processes, while supervising team checklists and escalating issues. This position supports the Wealth Services Operations function within a dynamic, technology-driven financial services environment. You will contribute to compliant, efficient cash handling at scale.

Responsibilities

• Fund cash bank accounts for Pershing EMEA to support BAU activities
• Manage and segregate client and firm money to meet regulatory requirements
• Review, monitor and approve payments related to firm and client cash activity
• Collaborate with other operational teams and Treasury to fulfill cash management processes
• Oversee management of team checklists and oversight tasks
• Escalate cash management issues to management and Treasury

Key requirements

• Cash management experience including reconciliation of bank balances and breaks
• Experience reviewing and approving payments
• Experience working to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Knowledge and execution of payment message types, Swift, MT, Pacs messages
• Experience using reconciliation software, e.g., TLM
• Competent user of Excel
