It Operations Manager

Overview

You will oversee the reliability and efficiency of the technology infrastructure and lead the IT team to operational excellence. In a senior, strategic capacity, you will engage stakeholders across the business and ensure smooth incident response and supplier performance. The role blends hands-on operations with process improvement as the organization scales. This is a flexible, mostly remote position with weekly onsite presence in Manchester, offering a chance to shape IT delivery in a forward‑thinking, IT‑focused environment.

• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of IT processes as the business expands
