Overview
In this role you drive national commercial expansion for an AI-driven diagnostic platform within a fast-scaling healthcare tech company. You work cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Implementation teams to shape and execute strategy, secure strategic partnerships, and lead complex enterprise deals. You will engage with C-suite and clinical leaders to demonstrate tangible value in diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency. This is a high-impact, consultative role that offers broad visibility and the chance to shape how AI diagnostics transform patient care.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute the UK business development strategy for AI-driven diagnostics
- Identify and secure partnerships with hospitals, private providers, imaging networks, pathology services, and integrated care organisations
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles including pilots, evidence generation, and procurement
- Engage with C-suite, clinical directors, diagnostic leads, digital transformation, and procurement leaders
- Craft compelling value propositions focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and pathway optimization
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Implementation teams for onboarding and long-term integration
- Represent the company at medical and AI in healthcare events
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and progress reporting
- Lead initiatives such as market mapping, competitive positioning, and new vertical expansion
Key requirements
- Senior commercial experience in medical devices, digital health, AI solutions, diagnostics, imaging, or health-tech enterprise sales
- Track record of winning large, complex deals with healthcare organisations
- Understanding of diagnostic workflows, imaging, AI adoption, or digital transformation in healthcare
- Ability to communicate complex technical value to clinical and commercial audiences
- Strategic business planning and go-to-market experience
- Strong C-suite engagement skills and experience managing multi-stakeholder procurement
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suited to scaling technology organisations
- Willingness to travel across the UK (and internationally when required)
