In this role you will support cost management across project lifecycles, preparing cost plans, reports and tender assessments to drive informed decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate cost insights and support negotiations, variations, and payments. You’ll leverage digital tools to implement deliverables and benchmark market data. Responsibilities

• Measure all elements for cost plan preparation
• Price items within a cost plan from first principles (with market engagement as needed)
• Prepare cost reports
• Assess tender returns and prepare tender recommendation reports
• Assess contractor variations
• Assess contractor payment claims and prepare payment recommendations
• Compile benchmarking and market intelligence data
• Utilize the Hive digital offering to deliver all outputs

Key requirements

• 2–3 years post-graduate experience
• AIQS or RICS member or on pathway to membership
• Experience with CostX preferred
• Experience across project lifecycle including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities
