Design Specialist, eCommerce

Overview

In this role you drive e‑commerce design by delivering concepts and assets for retailers like Amazon and Walmart. You’ll craft product designs, brand store visuals, and digital shelf content across mobile and desktop, while staying ahead of trends and applying data-informed insights to boost discovery and conversions. You work with cross‑functional teams to shape the customer experience and brand presence, bringing inventive yet practical design to complex retailer environments. This is a chance to influence how brands win on digital shelves.

Responsibilities

• Develop e‑commerce design concepts and strategies for retailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) across mobile/desktop
• Create product designs, brand store assets, and digital shelf content (PDPs, brand stores, retailer content)
• Stay updated on design trends and e‑commerce best practices; translate insights into creative solutions
• Apply UX/UI principles to enhance user experience on e‑commerce platforms
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize discovery and conversion
• Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Collaborate with account teams, client services, creative team, and freelancers
• Produce effective, client-oriented design outputs and contribute to a positive client experience

Key requirements

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Excel proficiency; understands basic data handling
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles for e‑commerce
• Experience with video, animation, and editing techniques
• Ability to organize and manage files systematically
• AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
• Strong verbal/written communication; collaborative working style
• Project management experience; capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Fast learner with ability to take initiative and provide/receive feedback
