TikTok Shop – Logistics Settlement Solution Manager

Overview

In this role you will support European growth by localizing settlement regulations and ensuring compliant, accurate AR/AP processes. You will partner with product and R&D to design settlement automation and software solutions, and run online tests for new system functions. You’ll coordinate with project teams to deliver settlement solutions early in logistics initiatives and ensure timely payments to vendors and customers. You will build risk management controls and improve seller settlement consultations to enhance the experience. This position combines finance, systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration to scale a critical part of the e‑commerce logistics business.

Responsibilities

• Localize settlement regulations and procedures for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with product and R&D to develop settlement automation plans and support software solutions, including testing
• Provide detailed reports to the R&D team
• Work with project management to deliver settlement solutions in early project stages
• Manage timely and accurate payments, including contract review, system maintenance, billing, payment, and AR collections
• Develop and implement risk management systems to identify and mitigate settlement risks
• Improve handling of sellers’ settlement-related consultations to enhance experience

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of settlement-related experience in medium/large logistics enterprises
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and billing & settlement challenges
• High attention to detail and proactive issue resolution
