Senior Product Manager – Finance

Overview

As Senior Product Manager in the Customer Experience team, you will define and deliver Dojo’s finance proposition, helping businesses manage cash flow. You’ll shape the roadmap for MCA Funding, Card solutions, and reconciliations, billing, and settlement journeys. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to build intuitive financial tools that drive revenue and adoption. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution to transform complex financial workflows into seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and user journeys with measurable customer and business value
• Translate strategy into squad milestones and high-impact outcomes with the General Manager
• Lead a multidisciplinary squad of engineers and designers, collaborating with data and product marketing
• Coordinate with product partners to align technology roadmaps and value proposition
• Conduct user, competitor, and willingness-to-pay research to guide strategy
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified finance experience

Key requirements

• PM experience delivering B2B finance products (lending, spend management, or business banking)
• Strong ability to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes
• Data-driven prioritisation and use of analytics (e.g., Amplitude)
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders to translate vision into execution
• Facilitative leadership that secures squad buy-in and clear ownership
