Overview

In this role you will manage and develop your own recruitment desk within the Glasgow Construction team, building strong client and candidate relationships to deliver results. You’ll drive new business opportunities, source and place candidates, and manage the full recruitment process end-to-end as part of an established, high-performing team. The position offers training to learn the Construction sector, a clear career path, and uncapped commission to reward success.
