Sr. Technical Delivery Manager

Overview

As Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will orchestrate end-to-end delivery across WWT’s services, ensuring operational excellence and measurable outcomes. You will act as the executive delivery leader for strategic accounts, aligning capabilities with client priorities and managing governance and risk. You shape solutions across multi-tower programs in infrastructure, cloud, security and applications, driving growth and client satisfaction. This role offers impact at scale within a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive delivery leader and trusted advisor for strategic accounts across WWT
• Build and maintain relationships with client executives and align capabilities with client priorities
• Lead executive governance, steering committees and quarterly business reviews
• Provide end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-tower programs across infrastructure, multicloud, security, applications, digital workspace and platform engineering
• Integrate delivery across ATC labs, consulting teams and OEM/ISV partners for seamless execution
• Establish program governance, KPIs, dashboards and quality standards
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, consulting, supply chain and partner teams
• Presales and growth enablement through shaping opportunities, scoping, workshops, and executive-level presentations
• Develop SOWs, delivery models, estimates and risk assessments balancing client value with delivery feasibility and profitability
• Own financial performance for assigned accounts or programs including revenue, margin, forecasting, backlog and cost management
• Lead, mentor and develop delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Champion delivery best practices and leverage ATC for solution validation and innovation

Key requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technology or transformation programs
• At least five years in a senior delivery leadership role
• Proven success delivering multi-tower programs across infrastructure, cloud, security or applications
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead governance structures
• Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies and PMO governance
• Demonstrated financial acumen including P&L ownership, forecasting and commercial management
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams across consulting, engineering and operations
