Overview

As Electrical Project Manager, you will lead electrical work on busy site projects across the Midlands, aligning with the contract’s build-related goals. You’ll report to the operational lead and oversee electrical elements up to about £3m in value, coordinating design reviews, variations, and safety. The role blends office-based planning with site visits to drive on-time, on-budget project delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead electrical elements across multiple sites and manage project delivery
• Perform design review and handle variations
• Manage budgets and financials for designated projects
• Address site issues and ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee health and safety on site
• Provide strong client-facing leadership to drive project success

Key requirements

• Strong contracting background as an electrical manager
• Experience in high-value commercial or industrial projects (preferably)
• SMSTS (preferred) and electrical trade accreditations such as ECS/JIB card
• Proven track record in project management or contracts management within building services
• Office-based with site visits as required
