Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion (sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold/freehold, transfers of equity)
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the process
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive approach
- Collaborate across the firm to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Key requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience running your own caseload of residential property matters
- Confident in handling issues that arise during transactions and providing clear, solution-focused advice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to client care
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Fee Earners
