CCOR Data Analytics – Product manager – Vice President

Overview

In this role, you will lead the CCOR data/analytics product vision and roadmap to support proactive risk management and regulatory alignment. You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and cross-functional partners to translate requirements into deliverable features and user stories. You’ll drive innovation through advanced analytics and AI/LLM-enabled capabilities to improve decisioning and efficiency. You’ll shepherd the product lifecycle with agile practices, ensure regulatory and business alignment, and guide adoption across the CCOR community. This position offers impact at scale within a leading financial services firm.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for CCOR data/analytics capabilities
• Collaborate with Compliance, First Line, Technology, Data Science, and Operations to translate requirements into features and user stories
• Drive innovation using advanced analytics, technology, and industry best practices
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/LLM-enabled capabilities to improve decisioning and user experience
• Influence stakeholders across the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and adoption
• Champion Agile practices; manage backlogs, prioritization, planning, testing, and defect tracking
• Oversee user acceptance testing; support training and onboarding; ensure regulatory and business requirements are met
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to steer product direction
• Advocate for stakeholder needs; ensure scope and business cases deliver measurable value; facilitate workshops and presentations

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field;
• Relevant experience in product management, business analysis, and/or project management within financial services;
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk, controls and regulatory compliance framework
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
• Excellent written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, work independently, and drive outcomes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for analysis, process mapping, and presentations
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
