Responsibilities
- Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Work on first-time buyer, buy-to-let and investment purchases
- Take on probate-related property matters and Help-to-Buy transactions
- Support property matters arising from divorce or separation
- Build relationships with clients, agents, lenders and referrers
- Provide high-quality client care and maintain strong file management
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with ~3+ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proactive and organized approach
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and introducers
