Overview
As an Associate Director / Principal Consultant in AMCL UK&I, you lead high-profile Defence sector engagements, shaping asset management solutions for the MOD and its supply chain. You will leverage your network to unlock opportunities, guide delivery teams, and influence senior decision-makers. You shape strategies with clients, drive thought leadership, and collaborate across AMCL and Turner & Townsend networks to grow our defence footprint while developing your career.

Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile client engagements, overseeing technical delivery, client relationships, profitability, and project metrics
- Identify and secure new Defence sector opportunities using your network
- Shape solutions on projects and manage delivery teams to achieve client and people outcomes
- Advise senior leaders on business shaping and capability development
- Develop and manage key relationships across the Defence sector
- Identify and pursue opportunities in new and existing markets
- Drive thought leadership and represent AMCL at global conferences
- Coach and mentor team members
Key requirements
- Strong track record in the Ministry of Defence with an extensive network
- Decision-maker comfortable with leadership teams to set direction
- Experience on asset or infrastructure projects
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Broad Defence sector network
- Analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
