Customer Service Administrator — Hybrid (5‑Month FTC)

Foresters Financial UK is seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a 5-month fixed-term contract in Bromley to support our members and Financial Advisers from initial contact through to contract end.

You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, liaise with customers and third parties, and work with your team to deliver a seamless customer experience. The position offers hybrid working after training and a salary of £23,842 per year.
