PROMAN is recruiting Customer Service Administrators on behalf of a leading fashion group specialising in sports fashion and streetwear. Central Manchester, M1 1, offers £12.71 per hour with 20–37.5 hours per week, typically 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, resolve queries and complaints, record customer information and perform a range of administrative tasks across multiple systems.
