Trainee Recruitment Consultant — Fast-Track to High Earnings (Hybrid)

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced recruitment team in Greater London. You will generate new business, source candidates via headhunt calls and LinkedIn, and mentor candidates as you build client relationships.

We offer a base salary of £27.5k with earning potential rising to £45k in year one, £70k in year two, and £100k in year three, plus training from our L&D team and early promotion opportunities.
