Hybrid Highways Support Officer

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Highways Support Officer for its Highways Operation Centre in Winchester. The role involves delivering information about Highways services to customers, reporting road issues, and assigning them to technical teams.

You will join a busy customer service team in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will have GCSEs in English and Maths, be proficient with IT (Microsoft 365), and possess excellent written and verbal communication.
