Customer Care Advisor – Part-Time Temp (20h/wk)

FASHION PERSONNEL is helping a high-street retailer find a customer care advisor to join on a temporary, part-time basis (about 20 hours per week) starting ASAP for four months in Greater London.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, feed back to senior management, and cover ad-hoc admin tasks. Prior customer service experience and willingness to use Zendesk are valued.

This temporary role offers a competitive weekly rate, with holiday pay and access to a pension scheme.
