Lutterworth | £14.90 per hour | Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm | Temporary Position

Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics provider in Lutterworth for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to support daily operations across inventory, distribution and customer communications. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play an important part in ensuring operational processes run smoothly while providing excellent support to both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing inbound and outbound orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
  • Maintaining warehouse and logistics databases with precise and up-to-date information
  • Producing reports and supporting management with operational data
  • Acting as a key contact for customers, suppliers and transport partners regarding deliveries and stock availability
  • Assisting with invoicing, scheduling and general office administration duties
  • Supporting compliance procedures and helping maintain health and safety standards across the operation

Working within a busy logistics environment, you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

To be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need:

  • Previous administration experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or distribution
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Good IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems, transport systems or Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team

The successful Customer Service Administrator will be required to complete:

  • A basic DBS check
  • A credit check
  • Verification of employment and/or education history
