Polish–English Customer Support Advisor — Hybrid Belfast

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Support Advisor for the Primark team in Belfast. You will respond to customer inquiries via social media and email, addressing issues like missing orders, payments, and product availability.

The role operates on a hybrid model, with a 40-hour, Monday-Sunday shift pattern from 8am to 12am. The successful candidate will be fluent in Polish and English, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and be flexible to work across the 8am–12am window.
