Senior Care Lead – Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, and work alongside the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.

You will get to know residents and families, maintain accurate records, and provide stimulating activities. A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care is preferred and progression to Level 3 is encouraged.
