Job Description:
MedGen Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to assist children and young people with complex mental health needs in Swindon. You will provide emotional support, assist with daily living activities and support routines for those with ASD/ADHD.
The role involves implementing behaviour plans, de-escalation using PMVA techniques where necessary, and maintaining clear records of care. DBS and PMVA training are required or willingness to obtain/complete them.
