Care Support Worker – Meaningful Impact with Flexible Shifts

Lifeways Jersey Gardens is seeking Support Workers to help people live independently with dignity. You’ll support daily living skills, encourage community involvement, and work closely with a compassionate team in a busy, purpose-driven environment.

Full training and ongoing development are offered. Sleep-in shifts are paid at £50 per sleep, with a 37.5 hour week and a variety of shifts; sponsorship is not available for this role.
