Senior Support Worker | Lead Care for Autism & LD

Keys Group in Rushden is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team of Support Workers within our 24/7 Specialist Supported Living service for autistic adults and those with learning disabilities. You will ensure high standards of care, follow care plans, and support residents toward greater independence.

The role pays £14.45–£15.05 per hour, with 5.6 weeks’ leave, DBS paid, career development, a pension, and a full induction. Applicants must be 18+ and committed to person-centred care.
