Residential Childcare Worker — Transform Lives & Grow

Wilderness Way in Penrith is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide safe, nurturing care for young people and help them reach their potential.

You will build trusting relationships, support education and wellbeing, and work with the team to deliver trauma-informed, outcome-focused care in a home setting. Previous childcare or youth-work experience preferred; Level 3 qualification encouraged.
