Youth & Family Support Worker – Housing & Independence

Pathways is Curo’s supported housing service in central Bath. We are hiring a Young Parents & Young Persons Support Worker to one-to-one with a small caseload, helping with budgeting, tenancy, wellbeing and next steps. Sessions can happen anywhere—offices, walks, or over coffee.

You’ll be backed by an experienced Team Leader and a supportive team. The role is full-time, permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £25,878 per annum plus benefits.
