Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Leeds to assist individuals with learning disabilities in gaining employment and engaging with the community at Courtyard Services Horsforth. You will work in a warm, vibrant setting, supporting daily living, skills development, and independence.
Role includes practical and emotional support, with part-time hours and a minimum 22.5 hours per week. Courtyard Apartments require flexible hours between 08:30–16:30, Monday to Saturday.
