Care & Support Worker – Flexible Hours & Pension

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking Care & Support staff at Blantyre LIFE Care Hub to assist adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. You will work to the rota, including evenings and weekends, across Hamilton/Blantyre/East Kilbride/Carluke/Lanark as needed.

The role requires SVQ Level 2 in Care or willingness to work toward it, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred support and safeguarding compliance. A permanent contract is offered with 2 x 32 hours per week.
